Returns
If you wish to return (a part of) your order, we offer a return period of 30 days. You can return your order for free*. Please note that we no longer provide return labels.
Simply go to our return portal or scan the QR code on the return form and it will direct you to our return page where you can enter your order number and email address to initiate the return process. Choose for each item why you are returning the item(s) so we can improve and/or change this in the future.
* Only valid for the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany.
Note:
Please keep in mind that return costs for other countries are for your own
account.
If you have received your order and it's not the right size or colour, an you would like to exchange it for a different size or colour, please return first the product(s) within 30 days and place a new order with the right item(s).
It is unfortunately not possible to change your ordered item(s) for a different size or colour right after your order, when you still need to receive your parcel.

No, this is unfortunately not possible. You can only return the item(s) where you have purchased them. If this is in a physical store, you can only return it there or maybe to one of their other locations. Please check this beforehand when planning to do so. Our online partners usually provide instructions with the parcel. We recommend to check out their refund policy, and how to return the items back to them.
At our online store you can return the items within 30 days. Simply go to our return portal or scan the QR code on the return form to register your return.
Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as how you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
In the parcel is no longer a return label, as all returns need to be registered via our return portal. This is a very easy online tool and during this process you can choose which carrier you would like to use and if there are additional costs involved.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
If it doesn't go through the inspection we will contact you and inform you why we won't refund it.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Products must be returned undamaged with the labels still attached, not worn or washed. After the return shipment has been approved upon arrival, you will receive an email confirming that the amount will be refunded within 14 days on the original method of payment.
